Tenant First

I worked with Luis at Tenant First and had an outstanding experience. He was super helpful with my many questions, and helped all through the process from viewing to contract signing. I recommend talking to him/requesting him if you are looking at moving to this great neighborhood.

Almost everyone that I have talked to in the Tenant First office has been very professional. I have had some problems getting my account with them set up on the computer. Not only, have they been very polite, and tried to help over the phone, Luis came by to help w/my problem. I appreciate his kindness, and his help. We moved in at the beginning of August. Paula was very helpful with making sure we got approved. She made sure to walk us through all details of the house. She was available to us at all times. Also thank you to the property manager Kenisha, she was also available to us when we needed her. I would recommend anyone looking to rent in the Temple area to Tenant 1st.

The whole process for moving into my apartment was so easy. Paula Rowland made the experience so simple and gave all the details I needed to know. I’m excited to be moving here, everything was clean and kept well with no issues! Finally an apartment with everything I was looking for!

After being a resident for 2 1/2 years, I only have a few complaints. When it comes too calling the office too make a complaint, don’t bother ESPECIALLY if it is about the lawn maintenance. Lawn maintenance will make sure they do only the bare minimum job of maintaining the yard so I don’t recommend having children that want too play outside. Lawn maintenance will come after hours and on weekends when you are trying too celebrate your child’s birthday and cooking out so you have too move everything inside on a beautiful weekend even though “ they were told by the office, not too do so anymore” they proceed too still come after hours 7-8 o’clock at night because they do not mind disturbing families with sleeping babies and waking them up, so there is that for you and they also never maintain the same day or time of the week as they are suppose too stated in the lease. But enough on the lawn maintenance. The entire time we have been residents, any work orders were done in a timely and correct manner which was truly appreciated. Now for officer staff. Pray you get too deal with paula because she is the only one that seems to care about the residents needs as far as office staff however getting transferred too her is difficult because they like too give you the run around in the office and will try their best too not transfer you as much as possible. Being a resident in the rentals really hasn’t been that bad except for the lawn maintenance and the monthly rent price- while the other properties in the area are going down in price, these properties have managed to increase or stay the same. However they are in a good area as far as being quiet and we have never had any issues with neighbors or anyone. The area is all around a wonderful place so they do have that going for them.
