NPC is an outdated and overpriced scam with horrible management that’s constantly trying to squeeze every cent out of their residents. They will take away amenities that were promised when your lease was signed. Here are some of the issues I have had in my year living at NPC: - Guest parking is no longer free!!! They either charge $25 a day or $350 to get your car back from the tow lot - The pool now requires wristbands to use, which they added so they can charge you $50 when you lose them - Constant fire alarms (we have had 8 false alarms this past week) - Elevators are only working about 60% of the time - Water damage and mold upon move in - Apartment was not cleaned between tenants - Wasp infestations across the complex - Extremely dirty and smelly hallways - All apartment walls are cracked, scuffed, and mispainted - Appliances are all old and breaking - Hidden "valet trash” fee Overall, management doesn’t honor their word and will add costs and fees after you sign your lease. There are many apartment complexes closer to campus with better rates and amenities.

My son staying here since last year and this place is so filthy! The elevator Always look so nasty and smell like trash. The hallway is very dirty full of dead bugs, spider web. Trash. Broken light and exit sign was come off the ceiling and hung unfix for months! They really need to hire better cleaner and maintenance. I feel so bad for my son that he live in the place like that. I asked him to move out this year and find somewhere better, but he thinks this apt it’s more convenient location and near campus. Hopefully the management will do better this year in cleaning and taking care of the place.

this place continues to disappoint. i have considered leaving reviews before but they actually made me mad enough this time. new policy they're implementing requires visitors to PAY an hourly rate to park in VISITOR parking. no other apartment in college station does this btw. you're telling me that in this economy you're going to make COLLEGE STUDENTS pay for visitor parking. you're telling me that every time i go to your complex to visit my girlfriend (which is most days), i'll have part of my paycheck going to your (almost always empty) visitor parking lot. unbelievable. please revisit this policy

I am reaching out to all past and current residents of North Point Crossing in College Station. If any of you or if you know anyone who has experienced being charged for damages that was reported during the move in process and were fraudulently charged for those damages when you moved out I look forward to speaking with you. I am experiencing the same strongarm tactics that you went through and I am not going to put up with it. I have consulted an attorney and his firm is interested talking to all parties to bring forward a Class Action Lawsuit. I have a post on Social Media and flyers at some local businesses frequented by Aggie students. Hannah Larson, Kyle Larson and Noel. I will contact you through social media.
