Northgate Terrace

This place is good for one person, and is cheap and affordable for the price comes with free internet my only bills are light bill and the actual rent, good place to stay if your a college Student! As far as the area, it’s never really quite of course because it’s Northgate, and during the summer time It gets really hot in the bedroom, the window unit is in the living room which is why it’s so hot during summer, maintenance is pretty good when there’s an issue and Christine is the sweetest and super helpful ! I would only recommend this space for starters and if you’re a person that’s alone. Other than the window unit being in the living area and the loud noises ITS A GREAT PLACE TO START OFF!!

Good enough for one person, walkable distance to campus and on bus route. Super safe area, mostly just college students. Car recommended so you can get to Laundry mat and grocery store. Unit doesn't have central A/C, dishwasher, or place to do laundry. Can get pretty warm in summer. Wifi was good but not great. Managers don't give full deposit back because find every little thing wrong. But managers were good with leaving us alone and didn't bother us at all. Sometimes came to spray for bugs, I never had any bugs come inside so that was great.

It’s a nice apartment. Even the place is kind of small, me and my husband lived here for 3 years without any hassle. ~ 5 mins biking distance to campus. Price is not bad for what you get. Quite neighborhood. Maintenance was great. The only complaint is that in summer it can get hot.

Avoid this pace.The apartment is not that cheap. Air conditioning is bad during summer, one room can be cold, while the other room (bedroom) is super hot because of the really bad air circulation within the room. The manager is trying to rob you every penny.
