I stayed a night there in my friend's apartment. The apartment was quite good for the price (rent). There are parking spots - but only one per unit. Also, the markings for the parking spots were not very clearly visible, took some time to figure out.

Lived there 5 years through grad school. Huge apartment, close to campus, best value in BCS.

I lived here this year in a 4x2.5, and I loved it! Excellent location, and the rent per single bedroom is the lowest you can find in Northgate. The maintenance is responsive. If you're a grad student on a budget, spend the extra $50 and live here instead of Cherry, Normandy, Casa or Scandia. Little old, and the pool is mostly closed though.

My roommate and I lived here for a year. We moved into a two bedroom apartment (we assumed had been vacant for a little while) in the middle of July and it was very clean except (*read to the end*) infested with roaches that literally only came out at night (how could the complex have known). Online real estate immediately and without "proof" refunded two weeks of rent, and on top of that they refunded any expense we made towards cleaning out the roaches and had people working on the problem until they were gone. It took about one week to be completely rid of them, and they never came back. To me, this told me a lot about how much they care about their tenants. This was the one and only issue i had with the place. My roommate however had a bedroom with the closest window to Harry's and Thursday night, Friday night, and Saturday night it was a little loud, but she could drown it out with a fan. There was plenty of parking, the staff answered questions quickly and were very understanding, and the maintenance crews they had were very quick, explained the problem and solution, and provided dependable work. Also, paying rent was easy with the drop box and moving out was an easy process. We deep cleaned before we moved out and received pretty much our entire deposit other than what was rightfully deducted. Good walking distance away from North gate (9 minute walk). The grounds weren't trashed after a weekend night. Also, a good walking distance away from campus (about a 6 minute walk to Zachry, 10 minute walk to Blocker) and Evans library (16 minutes). However it was considered far from the bus stops (9 minute walk to Route 15 by Rebels).
