Terrible service when it comes to doing maintenance and repair. The advantages of being very close to the campus is overshadowed by a lackadaisical customer service and poor management!!

Pro- 1. Near to Zachary, engineering department. 2. Affordable. 3. Mantainance service response time is less. 4. Well sized apartments. Cons- 1. Roaches 2. Broken tiles. 3. AC did not work in one of the rooms.

I stayed a night there in my friend's apartment. The apartment was quite good for the price (rent). There are parking spots - but only one per unit. Also, the markings for the parking spots were not very clearly visible, took some time to figure out.
