Beautiful building, great amenities like Aggie Express. The kids enjoy the open air seating, to hang out. The rooms are very spacious compared to other large universities and the building feels brand new. Each student has ample storage and a closet. Again more space than the other standard bunk bed rooms. The lighting through out the building is bright and fresh. Very enjoyable.

Great dorm! I enjoyed living here my first semester and I can't overstate the convenience of the commons dining hall being so close.

Standard dormitory for college students. My daughter has a roommate and 2 other suitemates to share the bathroom. The bathroom has locks that can be opened with a simple quarter. Parking on the side on the building is very scarce and limited to 30 minutes

For this year, I lived in the basement (one of the unrenovated floors) Alright, let's start with the pros. - great positioning for classes and being linked to the Commons is nice, both for food and mail. - all the clothes washing amenities work as they should, no issues there. - weekly restroom cleaning staff that is friendly and thorough - great student community in the dorm - More or less fully furnished with 2 sets of drawers, a desk, and 2 units of shelves per resident. - multiple study carrels and a first floor kitchen are always available for use cons - the water is weird. It feels... slimy. It smells like fish and butt (however, I noticed a significant decrease in overall bathroom smell when one of my suitemates went home during Thanksgiving, so a sizeable portion of that may be his fault.) - The shower head is kind of low. I'm a 6 foot male, and I do need to stoop just a little bit to get my hair. - The shower area is very small. - My roommate and I only received one of the two chairs that are supposed to come with the dorm. This is not a huge problem as we both brought our own swivel chairs. However, we requested a replacement when filling out our room inventory and, a full semester later, we still only have one university chair. - The bathroom sink water tastes odd and leaves a white crust on whatever it touches (mostly cups) - considering the very low square footage you get, the dorm is very pricey, especially since 4 people share one bathroom. - You aren't allowed to dispose of your cardboard boxes with the rest of your trash. - No Nerf guns are allowed in dorms (alright, that's not too big, but still. They just wanna suck the joy out of everything!) my overall opinion on Mosher Hall is somewhat mixed. I love the positioning and, after reading all kinds of horror stories from reviews on nearby apartments, I am highly pleased with the professional manner with which payment and residence affairs are handled. However, the price per square footage is very hard to justify. The current (spring 2019) cost is listed at $3,329 per semester, for a 12.5' square (156.25 square feet) room (this does not include the 4x8 entryway). Other locations with four beds have roughly three times the square footage per person. Most other near-campus locations provide about 1-2 dollars per square foot. Mosher takes more than seven. If price is not an object, then there is no objective reason not to live here. However, if price is not an object, then there are much nicer dorms (Hullabaloo comes to mind) that are under the same management. I hope I have provided enough objective information to aid in your decision! Personally, I plan to move off campus just because there are much cheaper options available.

I was lucky to get a room on the first floor. The ratings would be different if I was living on any other floor. Everything was great including my roommate, RA, room condition and hall facilities but personally I would prefer to live off-campus since it will give me more personal space and my own restroom!
