This place is with good convenience and decent response speed from leasing office. The 1B1B here is rather cheap compared to other places (you will have 2-3 flatmates), and sometimes you will have good flatmates which will be a plus!

Absolutely loved living at Midtown Townhomes! The 4-bedroom units are super spacious and comfy, and having three bathrooms made sharing space easy. The kitchen was awesome—loved the granite countertops, big pantry, and having all the appliances (washer/dryer included!) made life easier. Location-wise, it’s unbeatable—super close to Texas A&M, H-E-B, Target, and tons of restaurants. Being right on the TAMU bus routes (#26 and #27) was a major perk, making my commute to campus stress-free. Plus, with only a small number of units, it always felt cozy and peaceful. Management was always friendly, responsive, and took care of any issues promptly. Also, loved that water and alarm services were included in the rent—definitely made budgeting simpler. Highly recommend Midtown Townhomes if you're looking for a convenient, comfortable spot in College Station!

I originally leased with this complex last year because of the low pricing, but unless you’re renting out the whole unit don’t bother here. I had two random roommates and one of them was fine and moved out early and the other roommate was extremely disgusting and smoked weed in the unit. When management was made aware of the problem they didn’t do anything. Moldy dishes would sit in the sink for a month at end with no help from the office. The complex is also older and management will constantly knock on your door. Everyone besides my one roommate (who was causing the issues) had to move out early because of the unsafe environment. Mold growing, smoking weed, moved her 35 year old boyfriend into the unit. Despite that we all had to pay the remainder of the lease and the roommate wasn’t evicted. Getting my deposit back was a battle with the leasing office and I only got it after I sent out a letter of demand and received my deposit back 2 months after my lease was up. DO NOT recommend this complex. Utilities also are not through the complex and one person has to go through the city to set up an account.

I've been living at Midtown for a few years and it's been a great experience. I like lists so here are the highlights: - Responsive and Friendly Staff: The management team is great. They promptly address any concerns or maintenance requests, and they always wave and say hi. - Spacious Apartments with Natural Light: The apartments are large with plenty of space, even in the smallest bedroom. I'm in an end unit and have tons of natural light. - Utility Bills: One pleasant surprise has been the utility bills. The insulation is excellent, which means the electric bill has been lower than expected (the same as I was paying for my previous 2 bedroom). Water and internet is included (you can upgrade the internet and pay the difference). - Great Location: Walking distance to HEB, Target, Chase Bank, and a few restaurants. On the TAMU bus route and easy to bike to campus as well. - Noise from Holleman: While the location is fantastic, the noise from Holleman can be a bit bothersome at times. If you’re sensitive to street noise, consider requesting an apartment in the back. If you’re looking for a well-managed complex with spacious apartments and a convenient location, this place is great. Just be prepared for occasional street noise.

I lived here for all of my 2+ years in BCS. The apartments are very clean, in a fairly safe neighborhood surrounded by student/grad housing. Nearly zero bug encounters, very modest rent increase year-to-year. The location is in walking distance of several nice parks, HEB, Target, or even A&M if you’re feeling a bit ambitious. The grounds are well-kept and full of cute birds. Byron and the rest of the PM team are extremely chill and accommodating. The only real negative is poor sunlight exposure on the first floor. Overall a great place to live.
