Great community! The gated community makes it safer to live in. It is relatively quiet and clean. The condos are privately owned, and many are managed by the owners themselves. Assigned parking is close to each unit, and the clubhouse is great with coffee, lots of study tables, a printer, pool/pingpong table, gym, movie room, etc. Highly recommend!

I’ve lived in Lakeridge with my husband in a 3/3 for almost 5 years now and we have absolutely loved living here. The amenities are great, the pool is our favorite place during the summer, we’ve also used the clubhouse several times hosting our friends for special events like graduation and birthdays. Our condo itself has been lovely, all the devices in the kitchen work so well (microwave, dishwasher, fridge, oven and stove) and the washer and dryer have been great too, never had to fix anything. Same with the AC. Lastly the gated community always made us feel safe and the location, being so close to A&M and on the bus route has been super convenient. Highly recommend living or investing here!

One of the best places to live in College Station! Location next to multiple bus stops not to mention it is a gated community so I felt safe. Landlord was super sweet and made the renting process very simple. The room is so much bigger compared to other popular apartments like aspire, the rise, and park west to name a few. I definitely liked living here more and for my unit each room has its own individual A/C which was neat, no more arguing over the temperature.

I have spent two amazing years over here. Everything is fantastic especially the basketball court.

I lived at LR for about 3 years. I loved loved my unit I stayed at the 4Br 4.5 bath one. The reason I give it 3/5 is because the management was horrible. My a/c was broken near the hotter months and the management failed to fix it. They came a total of 5 times after me constantly asking them to come and every time it would break in the next couple hours. They even suggested that 85 degrees wasn’t that bad and that some people “were comfortable at that temperature” and that it wasn’t the end of the world. I had to sleep in the living room (each room has a separate a/c unit) for a couple nights (That’s just one of the many many examples). Every time something was broken or I needed something done it was a constant fight with management. Also sometimes management would show up to check your apartment for inventory purposes (I got mine furnished) and I was showering so my roommate asked them to come back in an hour and he insisted and came into my room, I had the bathroom locked and he didn’t try to come in but it was just annoying that they did whatever they wanted whenever they wanted and literally never helped you when you had a problem. HOWEVER, they did change management quite recently (since fall of 2018). If the management is better then I totally recommend living here. I loved my apartment but the management was truly a nightmare.
