If I could give it a ZERO I would. My daughter became incredibly ill after moving in here. The school kept telling her there was nothing causing it and even refused to swab the obvious black mold growing on the walls in her room. The paint was bubbling all over and the walls measured at 100% saturation. After the school’s attempts to still deny anything in the building was making her sick, we hired a mold inspector. The walls were “carpeted” with black mold and several other types. My daughter’s mycotoxin levels were terrifyingly high. ALL of her belongings (clothes, computer, literally EVERYTHING) were condemned. We have spent the past year trying to get my daughter well and trying to replace her belongings. It has been an absolute nightmare. TAMU was finally forced to acknowledge there was mold but chose to just fix as little as they could in her room and, to my knowledge, they did not address the fact that the mold is also in the AC system and throughout the buildings. The inspector said the whole building should be condemned, but they wouldn’t allow him access to the AC unit for my daughter’s room. I would put someone in a tent before I would let them stay here.

Honestly FHK does the job. Its a bit older and needs a bit of care but it pretty conveniently located next to lot 30. Not to mention that Keathley has great sunsets if you go the corner and check them out.
