Horrible smell year round. It will not be fixed or compensated rent wise or anything. City won’t do anything. Stay away, cheaper rents for better elsewhere.

Property management is joke, getting anything fixed is an incredible pain, and if you have a serious maintenance issue such as A/C not working in summer don’t count on them to fix it in a timely manner.
