Fox Run Condominiums

Yesterday, we came back from working out at ~4:50 PM, and found a note on the door saying that "water will be turned off until sprinkler system fixed." No prior warning. No timeline. And, as we immediately discovered, no water at all - we couldn't even wash our hands! What followed was a miserable night: no shower, no ability to cook, no way to use the bathroom, and no way to clean anything! We slept on the sofa and the floor, dehydrated and increasingly desperate. As of this AFTERNOON, there is still no sign that any maintenance work has even begun, and the water is still off. We can't help but call management and, just wanting to get a maintenance timeline, but the results of 7 phone calls is that there is NO timeline, and all we can do is to hopelessly wait until who knows when. Representatives only told us that maintenance is """""on the way.""""" Then we'll wait, and we have to wait, in peace. May God has mercy. UPDATE (~4 PM): thankfully, water was temporarily restored until 9 PM today.

This apartment is the worst place I’ve ever lived in. It’s noisy, crowded, dirty and management never answers back. Don’t live here. It’s not worth the rent.
