Fox Meadows Apartments

Have lived here at Fox Meadows for one year. The Management is very good at resolving issues that come up such as plumbing and appliance repair. Most repairs are very timely. The location is so convenient to groceries and other shopping needs. Big beautiful trees surround the property. I really love living here.

I have lived at Fox Meadows for almost four years now. These apartments have been everything I could have asked for in a college apartment. The location is great, the rent is affordable, and the apartments themselves are much more spacious than more expensive apartments elsewhere in town. On top of that, the management is great. Byron has been fantastic since he took over about two years ago. He’s very kind, he cares a lot, and he makes every effort to find a solution to any problem. For the most part we’ve had no problems getting maintenance requests filled; even when our washing machine completely broke out of nowhere last summer, Byron had a brand new machine in place for us in no time. I highly recommend Fox Meadows or any other GPI property to anyone looking for a great place to call home.

Best apartment experience ever! The property manager Byron really cares about your well-being and expresses this to all his residents. The apartments are great and the community is quiet (no noisy neighbors). Maintenance is quick and effective as well. The apartments are also located right in front of Aggie Spirit bus stop #34 which is a huge bonus for students. There is also a dog park that is a few blocks down (about a 10 min walk) that's public and active. I love living here!

Great place to live. Friendly neighbors. Property Manager, Byron, responds quickly to any maintenance issues/concerns. Maintenance (Bill?) is professional, polite and knowledgeable.

Byron has really turned the management around for Fox Meadows! This is my second year living here and his first year managing these apartments so I’m able to see just what it looks like to have a manager passionate about his job on board! We had the worst incident with our lock jamming and locking us inside of our home and he was here first thing that morning! The next day our water line burst and he had it fixed within a couple hours! He goes out of his way to spend time talking and getting to know you and making sure your needs are met. Very sweet man and very invested in the wellbeing and quality of life each of his residents is living! If he has any control over it he will do his best to make sure it is taken care of! Thanks Byron!
