The current administration is waaay more attentive and way more responsive in terms of service requests than before. The office and service people are excellent. Overall, a great place to live.

Jennifer and Kasandra are the best managers I have ever had they take care of there business and I would tell my friends to move here and Patrick the maintenance man does a great job when something is wrong with the apartment he comes in and fixes it and I don’t have to get him to come back and fix it again. We have the best people in Eastmark Apartments. Come check us out

New manager is really good. So pleased with the current office staff as well. They care, are very responsive. We just renewed our lease with no regrets!

Our lease is up but we’ve truly enjoyed living here. The apartments are nice with great amenities; excellent leasing staff too. We will miss you and living here ! Highly recommend

Worst place to live in College Station. The water gets shut off at least once or twice every month, sometimes for a full 24 hours. You’ll need to store water in jars just to get by when it happens. On top of that, management provides terrible service yet still has the audacity to tow cars that are parked for only 20–30 minutes—costing you about $330 to get your car back. Absolutely unacceptable.
