If you like your dirt being cut once a week, and water shut off more than that, this is the place for you! As of May 2024, rent is around 630/month, so not sure what I expected... maybe grass?

BEGGING for an inside renovation, things are falling apart, dirty, moldy, smells like cigarettes in my room all day everyday and the smell gets on my clothes (i don't smoke). Also, woke up one morning to a lady telling me im gonna get towed if i don't move my car right now (8am) because they were gonna begin construction outside. Every morning I wake up to someone outside at 8am banging around doing construction with tools having NO CONSIDERATION for the residents (students) who may be asleep or studying. They need to focus on construction within the old, stinky, outdated apartments instead of waking me up at 8 am cutting stone directly in-front of my window. Ridiculous.

Has a ton of bugs that will harass you during the day and ASSAULT you at night, my unit had mold in the pantry, appliances at least 20 years old, carpet at least 8 years old, needless to say many units needed lots of work. The foundation in my unit was so badly off that I had to pull/kick the front door open and shut. Have seen creepy men looking into car windows (presumably for valuables) while students are at school. Yes it is the cheapest place to rent on a bus route and in close proximity to main campus. No I would not recommend it- this place sucked.
