When I first moved here, I would have easily given this community five stars. However, after almost five years, my experience has changed drastically. The only reason I’m giving two stars is because of the pool and the front office staff, who are always kind and welcoming. Unfortunately, everything else has gone downhill. The management and maintenance teams have become extremely unreliable. I’ve been charged monthly for trash pickup, yet many times my trash was skipped entirely. Maintenance requests are rarely handled, and when they are, the work is careless or incomplete. I had a broken dishwasher for over three years, even after submitting multiple requests. When I moved into a new unit, I reported black mold in the bathroom, and instead of fixing the issue, they simply plastered over it. I also had a large hole left in my wall after they claimed there was a washer leak — it was never repaired. The maintenance staff can be rude and dismissive. Once, when I asked a worker when he planned to come fix my issue, he replied, “I’ll get there when I get there,” before speeding off in his golf cart. That level of disrespect is unacceptable. Even more concerning are the issues with management and discrimination. I’ve personally experienced racial profiling and unfair treatment from certain managers. Residents with disabilities, or with children who have disabilities, are not given fair consideration or proper accommodations — even for things outside of their control. This used to be a great community, but it has gone completely downhill. I hope corporate steps in to make serious changes, because loyal, long-term residents like myself deserve to feel safe, respected, and properly cared for.

Huge thanks to our maintenance team for saving our day! Even though it wasn’t a typical apartment repair request, they kindly helped us when our car battery died in the parking lot. They quickly brought a jump starter and helped through the process, and got our car running again in no time. Everything was handled so efficiently and kindly that we still made it to the appointment on time. We’re so grateful for their quick response and genuine help.

I have lived here for 5 years. For the most part, it’s been good. Neighbors are (mostly) quiet and there are few issues with appliances in the apartment. I do think maintenance quality has declined over the last 5 years with this year being the worst. They used to take the cleanliness and safety of the property super seriously, doing a lot of preventative maintenance (e.g., lights were never out in buildings, outdoor common areas in buildings power washed regularly, very little trash around the property, etc.). However, these are all now things you have to contact the front office to have taken care of. They will often half-way take care of it (e.g., lights in stairwells replaced, but not in corridors). It’s annoying to have to keep up with maintenance requests for things that should be taken care of without resident prompting (and used to be taken care of). I’ve also gotten some attitude when I have called to follow up about a request. This is the only thing I have ever experienced attitude with the front office, all other experiences have been good. It’s kind of difficult to get packages delivered here, but that’s an issue with the post office and not the leasing company. The front office does their best to help when they can. I do not plan to renew when my lease expires, I’ve been sufficiently disappointed with my experience in the last year that this complex is no longer worth the commute to campus and increasing rent.

I have been living here right at 10 months and I absolutely LOVE it! My favorite thing is the fantastic floor plan for their 1 bedroom, the rooms are spacious. I highly recommend this apartment complex! Maintenance is extremely fast if anything arises and the front office staff is always incredibly kind!

Moved in middle of August and this is the 3rd place I’ve lived in college station. Highly recommend, it’s quiet and front office is exceptionally quick with responding. Close to campus and right off university. My agent Bre was awesome and helped me and my roommate very much. 10/10 highly recommend this complex
