Copper Creek Condos

I lived here for a whole year and the condition and modernity of the condominium is really great for the price! The Li Family really outdid themselves with offering a great price on a really nice condominium/Alex Li being a great landlord as well. My bathroom, room, and closet were super spacious and my dog loved the private little patio in the back since she was able to go outside and lay in the warm sun. I would have continued living here if I didn't have to go away for a study abroad trip. I would definitely recommend this place to a friend.

Copper Creek Condos are one of the best locations in College Station! They are a gated community right on the bus route, last stop before arriving at A&M and first stop on the return. The new management company is doing a great job of maintaining the grounds and keeping things working, and we really love this place! It’s within easy walking distance to many restaurants, and the new H-E-B is only a few minutes away. Very happy with our place!

UNIT 331, NOT THE TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT ; Under the management of the Li Family, my 3 years of living at Copper Creek were vastly different than the older reviews here from the old management. I won’t lie to you, they weren’t the most professional or trustworthy people. Thankfully, the Li family saved my roommates and I from the old CC management and we have been satisfied ever since! They are very attentive and together with their son, all three members of the Li family work hard to make sure we were happily living in our unit. I highly recommend choosing a unit with the Li family. The unit comes with a backyard, an extra half-bath for guests, big closets, a relaxing bathtub and pool, and it’s next to whataburger. The Li family adds greater value by fixing our issues in the same day, replacing our AC filters monthly, and treating us like friends. I appreciate their help and I hope you will too!
