Buyer beware! My son and his roommates were each charged a $300 “cleaning fee” at move-out — that’s $900 total for one apartment. The kicker? The apartment was clean when they left. In fact, it was dirtier when they moved in, and we even reported it to management at the time. Despite this, management brushed off our concerns and seemed far more interested in collecting fees than addressing the issue fairly. This feels like a scam designed to squeeze money from students and their families. The experience was frustrating, unfair, and left us with the impression that Aggie Station does not operate in good faith. If you’re considering moving here, think twice. There are plenty of other complexes in College Station that treat residents with respect and honesty.

My car broke down when I went up there for a weekend and the service men, Cliff Lewis and Angel, were so helpful ! They were understanding of my situation and were super guiding. They showed up with a full set of tools and helped me out with no complaints just pure smiles ! Super awesome guys

I moved here as a last resort option. Otherwise I would've went elsewhere. I don't recommend this place at all. Cons: -Tiny cramped bedrooms -Ugly popcorn ceilings -Terrible lighting, always dark and gloomy inside -Outdated appliances -Terrible air quality, even with filters changed -bugs -terrible gym -expensive rent for what you get (like i said this place is tiny and doesn't look like the model unit - A/C sometimes doesn't work -Wifi is on and off -building is old Some good things is that it's close to campus and the people that work here are awesome. Washer and dryer worked. Besides that, this place is rundown and kinda gross sometimes. It's only a couple steps above Reveille Ranch and Z Islander (these apartments are really bad too). Air quality was horrible for some reason and people got sick all the time. After moving to a new place or visiting my friends apartments in other complexes, I realized how terrible the air and smell was. Keep in mind we kept our apartment very clean. Still saw bugs lmao. Rent is ridiculous for an apartment the size of a shoebox and they charge an extra $20 "processing" fee for no reason. My apartment also came in really bad shape when I moved in. I don't think they cleaned my place at all lmao. But yeah, overall, this is not a place that should be on your list.

I lived at Aggie Station for 2 years and honestly had a really positive experience! Any issues I had throughout the time were promptly addressed by maintenance who were always helpful. Office staff was always friendly as well, and amenities were always clean! When I moved in, I felt like Aggie Station was a great price for what it was. Not the most updated or luxurious, but clean and comfortable. However, the prices have raised quite a bit since I moved in, so I don’t feel like the rent is as fair as it was back then. Still fine, but not amazing. Lastly, I’m frustrated upon move out for some of the charges I’ve gotten. I was charged $100 for damages that I documented already existed when I moved in, and $85 for a bed cleaning, after I had a mattress pad protecting the bed for 2 years AND cleaned it upon move-out. So there’s no way it was dirty enough to warrant a charge like that. Some other various cleaning charges as well that were pretty steep, but more fair than the others, so I have no issue paying them. Overall, I had a good experience. Clean, good size units, friendly staff, nice amenities. If you’re thinking of living here, there’s no major red flags. However, 2 stars lost for the annoying move-out charges and the rent increases. I’d give it more like 3.5 stars if I could. If you choose to live here I’m sure you’ll enjoy it - I just recommend being VERY detailed on your unit move-in condition form, and just know you may have to struggle with being charged still when you move out.
