We lived at 1720 at Harvey for a few months and our time there was great! When we moved in, they made the process very simple and worked around our schedule. The unit was very clean and looked as if there were no previous renters!! Grass mowing and pest control was kept up to date, and the maintenance guys were efficient and friendly. The pool area, gym and other shared amenities were always clean and available for use.

I lived at 1720 Harvey CS for a couple of years. This apartment complex has been GREAT for the community and very supportive of its TENANTS. The property is very clean, well maintained and has great Security. I truly loved living here and felt comfortable and welcomed. Henry and Christopher an awesome staff! It’s bittersweet to leave and I’m grateful for the time that I’ve spent here.

I moved in on June 1, 2025. Unfortunately I only got to stay here for 1 year because my son graduated and I will move to be nearer to him. From the onset Henry, Chris, Roberto and Caleb were welcoming and helpful to me and my puppy Ellie. I’ve been more than satisfied choosing to live @ 1720 Harvey. Lee Perkins College Station, TX 77845

I had a wonderful experience at 1720 at Harvey. I stayed in a solo room, it was equipped with all of the best appliances and extremely nice. The maintenance team responds quickly and is wonderful. The pool and gym is also great. I had zero problems while living here. Overall a great place to live and call home! Highly recommend 👍

My experience here has been mostly positive, but I did have a major issue with a bathroom water leak that led to high water bills. I reported the leak around the time I moved in (September 13th), and the lease states repairs should be completed within seven days. Instead, it took 50 days to resolve because parts were “on back order.” During that time, my water bill skyrocketed. It more than quadrupled, reaching over $43, compared to the ~$10.85 monthly bill I paid at when I lived at The Curve (0.5 miles away), where I even had a roommate. My water habits haven’t changed, and there’s no reason my bill should be this high when I live by myself and I’m really only home to sleep due to me working long hours. I tried addressing this through emails and in-person visits (was told the manager was out), but the manager would never call me back. Another thing I tried to ask was why I was being charged for water starting August 28 when I didn’t get to move in until September 13th. Even if that water statement is correct and the date is wrong, there’s no reason why my water bill for half the month of September was more than what I paid with a roommate for an entire month. I have attached the water bill from my last place of residence The Curve, the unusually high bills from the last 1.5 months, the lease showing the 7-day repair requirement, and the work order proving the delay. I can deal with a leak—things happen—but I should not be paying over four times what I paid at my last apartment for something that was outside of my control. What I do love is the curtesy patrol. When I had things stolen from me at my front door and I was able to catch it on my doorbell camera they were very responsive.
