Run from this place, read their reviews and take them seriously. I was supposed to have a self-guided tour this morning 7-17 got there at 9:15 just to be prepared,door dead bolted. I went around to the other door in the actual community and that was locked too but there were cars in the front. What's the point of having a self-guided confirmed 9:30 appointment and they don't even unlock their front door. Very disappointing. Tells me a lot about that community. Wondering if it's an unsafe area because they're dead bolted in when it's during open hours

The staff at this complex and their sister complex are completely incompetent. I wish I could give this place a zero-star review, but Google won't allow me to. I was a tenant at Lakeline Villas the sister complex and my apartment was filled with gnats, and I complained to the office for an entire year. I asked them to take care of the pest problem a multitude of times and they did absolutely nothing. Then when it came to move out, I was charged for late move out which is fine since I got the move out day wrong, but they made me leave my job early to remove things from the apartment and did not mention that I would be charged for the entire day. If I was told that I was being charged for the whole day I would have never left my job and lost out on those hours of pay. I told the office that this is unacceptable and unfair and they did nothing. Shelly lied and said that the people who would be able to take care of this issue were not in the office and that she should would make contact with billing. Turns out that Amy is the one who was able to remove the charge and Shelly lied. If I had known that Amy was in charge of taking this charge off my account, I would have seen her that day because I saw her in her office. Shelly is a liar and she has such an arrogant attitude. Shelly and Amy are horrible people, and they lack common sense and empathy. Hopefully UDR corporate will see this and make sure to replace them with employees who know how to tend to customers. I will never rent with UDR again because of these horrible people.

I hate this place, I wish I would of looked more thorough. If you come here be prepared to get charged different charges every time you pay. Then no matter what, your wrong everytime. If theres a problem on their side with payments, guess who's paying for it. YOU ARE! TOTALLY NOT WORTH IT! LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE. I PROMISE YOU, YOU WILL BE MAD AND WISH YOU LISTENED. Great and friendly staff! They are very efficient at responding to maintenance requests. They’re also very understanding and kind. Definitely recommend!
