Worked with Twin Cities Properties to find a rental property for my family. The staff is friendly and helpful

Was a resident for three years, do not rent here especially not a top floor unit!! they will use that as an excuse for any AC issues you have later on. We had zero issues the first year with our AC it worked perfectly, after we resigned the AC started struggling and would not cool the apartment below 87 to 90 degrees, we sent in upwards of a dozen maintenance requests and the issue was never resolved. MARIA PEREZ the property manager told us that 87-90 degrees fahrenheit was “normal” INSIDE the unit for the summertime. Our utilities were nearing $300 in the summer time all for the unit to still be almost 90 degrees, Maria Perez and twin city properties told us it was normal even though this was not an issue the first year. We moved due to lack of proper air conditioning in our unit.

Horrible place to make any leasing contracts with i scheduled a tour for a viewing at a certain time for a property for reason I had to take my lunch just to go see the property only so they could be 45min LATE !!!! 2ND they require you to fill out and turn everything needed with the promise of hearing something and they don't even follow up with you. false lies of hearing from the own manager parker jackson just so he can have someone else call me way after business hours almost close 6pm just so they can tell me they didn't have all my info and the application time frame has expired and you have to resubmit another application $100⁰⁰ down the drain BEWARE .....

Well, I’m not a current resident, but as a former member of the BCS community, I have to say that this company treats people very fairly and is extremely transparent throughout the home-search process. For example, we always knew ahead of time which specific unit would be available—they didn’t just show us model units, like many leasing agents in the area tend to do. Instead, they showed us the actual unit we could potentially live in, which helped us get a real sense of what our future home might feel like—especially important when you’re investing so much of your time and energy into your work and daily life. That level of honesty earned them a very satisfied potential customer. The only exception was one unit at Brazos Point that we weren’t able to tour, but Genesis was honest and upfront about that too. She clearly explained the differences, what future upgrades were planned, and what to expect, which we really appreciated. In the end, it didn’t work out for us only because there wasn’t a unit available that matched our ideal move-in window and location, based on our changing needs and routines. However, I have to highlight that Genesis, the property manager, was outstanding—always kind, respectful, and professional. Honestly, I even considered compromising on a few of our must-haves because the treatment we received was so exceptional. All the properties we were shown were decent, dignified, and secure—everything you’d want in a home. Also, they have bilingual team members, which is something very rare in the BCS area. It was so nice to be able to communicate in both English and Spanish. Cultural sensitivity is such an important component, particularly in times when microaggressions and subtle forms of racism are often overlooked in the housing market. I truly valued that, and I wish the very best to Genesis and the Twin City team. Keep up the great work!

This is an amazing Home rental agency. Very friendly and helpful 😊 my daughter and I we were homeless for three months after I called off my wedding. They worked with us, and we are now starting our life anew in our town home. I love the neighborhood, It is very affordable, and quiet. They offer free Wi-Fi, washer and dryer hook up, trash services, and a lovely back yard. I work as a juvenile correctional officer, and it's nice to come home to a quiet neighborhood and dependable leasing mangers.
