Sierra Condos

The previous ownership was awful & very neglectful (maintenance requests for 2+ months, I got towed from my parking spot, etc.). However, recently Sierra condos just got new ownership and they are AMAZING! The property manager, Irene, is the best property manager I’ve ever had. She is so kind & genuinely cares about making this an enjoyable place to live. They are coming through & updating everything as well (they fixed the broken gate almost immediately, very much on the ball). I would live here forever if I could simply because of how amazing Irene/the new ownership is!

I had a great experience having Amanda as a leasing agent. She was so helpful throughout the whole process and extremely responsive to all my questions!

Amanda and Staci have been amazing from the moment I inquired about the apartment all the way through my move-in. They’re both knowledgeable, responsive, and super helpful with ALL my questions. The community is quiet and well kept. Exactly what I was looking for (:

Amanda was truly amazing!!! She’s been really helpful to extend our lease so that we can move apartments within the complex. She’s really friendly, very professional, excellent customer service! Very prompt to respond to calls and emails and excellent on following up on details.
