The team is efficient and helpful, very good service attitude, when I said hot water pressure very small, they changed it immediately, I highly appreciate it! And whole apartment is new, and luxury! I recommend here!

LOVE love love. This is a true luxury Hill Country oasis. Property management is SO so nice and maintenance is fantastic. Feliciano goes above & beyond!! Bre, Molly, Courtney & Alex are wonderful & so is everyone l've met at the front office/here. I just moved in and love all the amenities like community garden, grills, pool, clubhouse, dog park, trails and my place. Seems like everyone is here is here to relax & to enjoy nature. Complex is quiet & serene. Would love to meet neighbors & look forward to events! PS all my move in & complex questions or requests are handled courteously & promptly. Absolutely heavenly here!

The place is really nice! You can tell they're trying to make this community more upscale. They are starting to plan community events and things which is super cool; like discounts on farmer market bagels, run clubs, and I think they're going to do yoga events too. The community is also really quiet and peaceful, and people here have been so friendly! The build quality definitely seems to be above average, we rarely hear neighbors unless it's an actual loud sound. The covered parking is a bit annoying. It used to be free, then price increased from $25 to $40, but there's not really an easy way to walk into the parking area if you live on the other side of the it. There's a slanted hill which sometimes has pet waste (not fun in heels) or you walk allll the way around in the parking lot to go through the car entrance. It's actually more inconvenient than regular free parking so not worth it unless your unit is directly in front of the parking entrance. It's not really easy to find your packages in the mail room, kind of wish there was an Amazon locker instead of having to search through a bunch of boxes. Overall great place to live!

We only toured this place and almost signed the lease! (We ended up finding something that better fit our budget) It was such a nice and clean community, very new so a lot of the units are not lived in. Our tour guide/ leasing agent Courtney was so nice and knowledgeable! She answered all our questions and showed us everything about these apartments which is a lot! There’s so many amenities and activities to use/do at this place including virtual golf, a trail around the area, and a very fancy looking pool! The floor planes are really nice and the appliances look good too.

Update: I’m taking one star off because they switched all of the covered parking to paid/reserved and now 90-95% of the spots sit empty, after weeks. At this price - come on! 😂 It was free when we signed the lease and moved in. So nice! We moved from Indiana and Breanna helped make it a seamless transition. We downsized to a one bed so we could get a view - but definitely do not regret it. The units are very nice including the appliances. No carpet + our robot mop/vacuum keeps it spotless. The amenities sold us. We use the work spaces in the clubhouse and the gym every day. We are big on fitness and the gym has top notch equipment, including: squat rack, cable machines, two axis smith, and dumbells that go up to 100. You can’t even get that at planet fitness. The pool is great but I’m worried it will be a bit small once all the buildings are finished… tbd. Everything is within a few miles. 20-30 min from downtown Austin. Couldn’t be happier. Will update if that changes.
