The maintenance support was great. Louis and Israel are amazing and we couldn’t ask for a better maintenance team. They genuinely care about the tenants and making sure they are taken care of. Great service.

Maintenance and upkeep of a property is vitally important. Luis in maintenance is professional, kind and efficient. All team members here have been professional, kind and conscientious. They seem to really care about this property and community and take great care of it. The construction of these townhomes feels solid and well constructed.

I'm going to tell the TRUTH ! the leasing process experience was amazing, and Angel is absolutely an outstanding leasing agent! He's the best I've ever had in my property rental experience! This post doesn't reflect him at all. The units are beautiful, conveniently located in Bee Cave. Neighbors are very kind. Beautiful scenic views The truth of the matter is there is a serious PEST issue with these units and the grounds that I've been dealing with since day 1 which have been a nightmare ! .for two months! Even after multiple treatments to the unit the ants , scorpions crickets spiders ( including Tarantulas) and did I say scorpions have been torturous! Nothing is working to keep those out ! I just have to live with this until my lease expires which is awful. Unfortunately I can't even properly furnish my unit on the first floor ( living room dinning room and kitchen) due to fear of pest infestation in my furniture. Paying nearly 4k a month to live with PEST is not my idea of luxury living I can't say not to lease here but I will say be VERY cautious! I'm totally not happy at all, Having to live with pest! I just really wish BB living fix it this issue! This could indeed be a great place to live just not with all the pest issues!!!

Serious pest infestation issues that management does not take seriously. They are in our bed and nobody is showing up after multiple requests.
