The two ladies in the office are awesome! They kind and always ready to help! Haven't had many issues, but if so the maintenance man is always available and gets it taken care of! I'm comfortable!

Thank you so much Jonathan for my maintenance service today. I wasn't expecting him until tomorrow and he came a day early. I appreciate his dedication, patience, and always trying his best.

I’ve lived at Windy Ridge for 2 years and I’m very happy here. Jonathan the maintenance man is honestly the best part of this entire apartment complex. Every time I’ve put in a request, he shows up fast, gets things done right the first time, and is always respectful and professional. He truly cares about the residents and goes above and beyond. I’ve referred 2 people to this property just because of that.

The manager, Paula, is completely unprofessional. Every single interaction I’ve ever had with her was absolutely awful. She is the worst property manager I have ever dealt with in my life. These apartments are being ran into the ground by her and her lack of ability to be a decent human being.

If you want your money to mysteriously go missing, this is the perfect place for you. After years of living here, I can say maintenance never fixes anything in a timely manner—and when they finally do, it still doesn’t work. Leasing agents come and go, often getting fired for shady or illegal behavior. On top of that, one of the maintenance workers has repeatedly harassed me and my kids, trying to enter our unit without notice—even after I told him I wasn’t dressed. I reported all of this, but management did absolutely nothing. Living here has been nothing but stress and disappointment. Avoid this place at all costs.
