It's a very nice community, although it could use a bit more maintenance. Some of the pool lounge chairs are broken, and our apartment had a few appliances that needed repairs when we moved in. That said, maintenance has been responsive and has fixed everything we've reported, so no complaints there. One thing that was frustrating is that when we signed the lease, parking was unrestricted. By the time we moved in, the policy had changed, and now you can be fined if you don't have a sticker on your windshield. Guests can only park outside the community or they may also receive fines. Overall, everything else has been good. I would recommend it, although sometimes it feels like they charge extra fees for everything. We've only been living here for two months, but so far we're comfortable and happy with our decision.

Christine, Michael, and Tanner— HUGE thank you to this amazing team at Windsor Oak Hill! I truly appreciate how warmly you welcomed me into the community. I’ve really enjoyed the tours—especially Michael’s sense of humor—and I’m excited to continue building a sense of community here. Christine made everything so simple and seamless. She also assured me that building #4 is being remodeled with new paint and carpet, which is wonderful, and the elevators at Oak Hill make everything so convenient—especially during move-in. My move-in was incredibly quick, and anytime I needed something, she responded right away and had maintenance on-site the same day. That level of care means a lot. Go see Christine at Oak Hill—she will take care of you! She’s incredibly organized, quick to respond, and you will love her. She also plans the best community activities! I can’t say enough good things about this team. If anyone is looking for a new place to call home and build community, Windsor Oak Hill is it. And if you want a great laugh, definitely take a tour with Michael! Thank you all again! I look forward to living here!
