Windsor Lantana Hills Apartments

I had a fantastic experience with Michael at Windsor Lantana Hills. From start to finish, the process was seamless and enjoyable. Michael is incredibly professional, friendly, and dressed sharply, which really reflects the high standard of this community. He was quick to accommodate my showing requests and even worked over the weekend to help me submit my application. He said he would call, and he followed up exactly when he said he would. Top-tier service!

I’ve very much enjoyed my time here so far. Management puts a ton of work and care into this place. They run a tight ship. Clean facilities, grounds, etc. Great views, quiet, peaceful, safe. Well-built and well-maintained apartments. And best of all affordable. Highly recommend.

I’ve been living at this apartment complex for over a year, and I honestly couldn’t be happier. I’ve never had any issues, and the community is always clean, quiet, and very well maintained. The management team is outstanding—Alexis especially deserves a shoutout. She is always so friendly, professional, and genuinely happy to help. Anytime I’ve had a question or needed assistance, she’s made the process easy and stress-free. Maintenance is quick and efficient, and communication is always great. This is truly a wonderful place to live, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed apartment community.

I'm really enjoying living here! The pool is awesome, and I swear the weather feels cooler in this area during the summer. The amenities are great. Alexis is doing a great job throwing events and activities. The Thanksgiving Feast was wall put together and got to meet a few people from our complex.. She walked me through all the events she has planned, and I'm excited to see what's coming up. My only concern is a large puddle that's been sitting by building 4 in the grass and trees area. Mosquitos have been swarming the spot, so it'd be great if that could get addressed.

It’s going on two years living at Windsor Lantana and I currently have no complaints. I do wish sometimes there was a play area for kids but that’s just wishful thinking. We love our apartment. We have a 3/2. Ceilings are tall which helps muffle some noise from the people upstairs. The rooms are super spacious and closets are large. The maintenance is top tier and fast. Shoutout to Will and the maintenance team for being prompt and friendly. Alexis has been hosting some great events but also is super helpful when she works the front. And of course Michael who was the person who helped us move in to begin with, but is always kind and attentive whenever we need help.
