From the supportive staff to the sublime location, I have grown to enjoy Whisper Hollow as a Austin Local and UT college student. My wife has lived here for almost 15 years as she initially came for college and fell in love with Austin. Being 15 mins from Downtown, 10 mins from Zilker Park, and snug between school and work, what more could you ask for? Great for college grads like us, families, and singles with comfortable spaces and reasonable prices~ At least come check it out for yourself!

Absolutely love living at Whisper Hallow! They care heavily about their community and their facility. Diana at reception is my favorite, she’s always available when I need her to be. Maintenance is fast with filling requests, this is one of the best places I’ve ever lived!

I’ve lived at the Whisper Hollow for 12 cumulative years. I have a family house I can go to at any time, but, I don’t want to let go of my apartment due to the stellar management and die hard maintenance guy, who has been here longer than I have. These people actually care about this property & the people who rent here. Decently priced, they will fix anything that’s broken in short order. Rent here! I cannot let this place go. It has become home away from home. Much love!

Diana and Abel are always there to help when I need it. Maintenance is very quick to help. I haven’t had any issues with my calls not being returned or no one answering. There have been so many positive changes and I love the new equipment in the fitness center

Update : they just sent me to collections for over $500 because they want to charge me for ceiling damage after they allowed the roof to leak without repair for 2 years. I field many maintenance requests , called , sent emails & contacted the better business bureau. FYI you are totally screwing your self if you rent here. I ignored the bad reviews & this was my outcome
