I've been noticing great changes lately and am starting to enjoy this place even more. Kristy has been wonderful to meet and voice opinions to. I'm looking forward to what 2026 will bring to this place.

I’m writing to formally express my concern and disappointment regarding the ongoing maintenance issues at Summit at Westwood since I signed the lease. The pool has remained closed and uncleaned throughout the summer, and its current condition is so poor that it’s unpleasant even to sit nearby. The front gate has been non-functional for over seven months, raising serious concerns about both security and accessibility for residents. Additionally, there has been no cleaning or grass cutting on the property for the past two months, which further detracts from the overall living environment. I am posting some photos

The pool has not been cleaned this summer and is in such poor condition that it’s unpleasant even to sit nearby. 2. Additionally, the front gate has been non-functional for the past seven months, which raises concerns about security and accessibility. 3. Every summer, the AC goes into emergency mode, but the repair process drags on for months. Please think before signing the lease.

I’ve had a great experience living here! The apartments are clean, modern, and well-maintained, and the amenities make life so convenient. The location is perfect — close to everything I need. The management team is friendly, responsive, and always willing to help with any concerns quickly. It really feels like home here, and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming place to live.

I have been living here for almost two years. When I first moved in, it wasn’t all that great. It was suffering from poor management. Fortunately we’ve got new management and they’re great. I couldn’t say enough, good things about them. The rent still high but, where in Austin is it not high, right? I’m posting a few pics of the jungle I’ve been able to grow on my patio this year.
