Put $215 in collections like I lived there and IVE NEVER LIVED THERE. Had a coupon for an application fee waiver and that I never finished and charged me an itemized statement like I did. HIT COLLECTIONS FOR OWEING A SECURITY DEPOSIT AND IVE NEVER SET FOOT HERE. :( SCAM COMPANY!

It should be called Roaches at Bluff Springs, park is located by a homeless camp near the woods, and water perfect for snakes ,management sucks can't read a ledger to save their life ...they might as well use construction paper for the countertops the way they peel and they just need to remodel the whole place ..it's a mess
