W Austin Residences

The W condos are pretty disappointing. It's a 3/3.5 star building. AC that can't keep up with Austin temps, you can't keep nice cars in the garage, and elevators that constantly break down. The building isn't terrible just not worth what it costs.

Upscale, and classy. Albeit a tad bit cramped on the front end residents entrance and lobby. Kinda discreet though if I can say something nice about it. Easy to miss for sure.

I visited a friend at the W Residence on January 29th around 10:30 am. Unfortunately, my experience with the front desk staff was disappointing. The woman at the desk was unhelpful and displayed a condescending attitude, which felt out of place for a residence of this caliber in Austin. I expected a more welcoming and professional demeanor.
