Spotted 6 live German cockroaches on a tour of a unit in building 7 that was allegedly treated for pest control. Of the 5 units I toured, 4 had been pest control treatment but there were still live cockroaches. Decided to not move here but thought it was worth sharing. Very nice leasing agents though! Very welcoming and kind! Excellent your experience otherwise

I've been living at Volume 8 for about 3 months and in that time the mailbox system has been broken. Anyone can access anyone else's mail. I saw homeless guy the other day stealing mail. I've reached out to the management multiple but it hasn't been fixed. That said, I want to give a huge shoutout to Andres and Butch on the volume team. They are MVPs! Theyre awesome.

I have lived in Volume 7 for over two years now and just resigned my lease. Employees are nice, maintenance is on top of any issues, plus location is amazing. Walking distance the best restaurants/bars in town.

I have had the great pleasure to spend time in these apartments. The landscape around the area is beautiful with some nice restaurants, trees, a parks surrounding the foreground. The infrastructure is really sturdy, I’ve never felt unsafe walking around. The 1 bedroom apartment floor plans here are very spacious and give me a nice comfortable living environment, I couldn’t be happier!

I recently toured Volume Apartments and was pleasantly surprised. The building has a vintage feel but is well maintained and comfortable. What really stood out was the amazing customer service. The staff was warm, helpful, and took the time to answer all my questions. Their hospitality made the tour experience genuinely positive. Definitely worth a look!
