Villas Tech Ridge

I was recently new to the Austin area looking for an Apartment to call home. I found Villas Tech Ridge apartments on The Lakes Blvd. The manager Ms Joanna, miss Cayla, and Mr. Jowel all took time to assist me with all my questions and they were so helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone. The staff here are great!!!!

Cayla has been an amazing and attentive leasing agent who genuinely cares about the people she serves. Since I moved in, she has been very time-efficient, professional, and always customer-focused. She goes above and beyond to make sure things are handled quickly and smoothly. She is truly a gem and has made my experience at the Villas at Tech Ridge feel safe, welcoming, and secure. Great experience overall — responsive staff, quick maintenance, and a well-managed community that makes living here smooth and worry-free. 1. Office staff is fast, prompt, and always responsive. 2. During my move-in, I made a number of requests and inquiries for perfect settle-in. They were always friendly, transparent, and quick to resolve issues. 3. Maintenance team responds and fixes things fast. 4. The resident portal is simple, convenient, and full of perks (I never used them, but it has perks and credit tips on the front page.) The best thing is that you don't have to install unnecessary apps. 5. Only improvement needed is the package concierge system. Delivery errors occasionally occur, and residents often need to fix them.
