It seems like I am not the only one writing about the extremely thin walls here. You can hear everything. Every weekend I get woken up at 4 am from my neighbor doing .... yep. The place is really pretty, and the workers are super nice. I would not sign here again however, the noise is just terrible. Amenities, elevators seem to always be broken also.

I regret signing a lease here. The noise transfer is insane. I hear the headboard banging upstairs (not next door but ABOVE) daily from you know what. It’s impossible to ignore and honestly not desirable for the INSANE PRICE I am paying. Management needs to know the build quality is trash. It is not just the noise. This building is problem city. Maintenance comes and goes as they please without knocking or warning. It feels completely invasive. The management turnover is also a huge red flag. At least 3 managers have been fired since I moved in so nobody knows what is going on. The "luxury" amenities are a joke. There is literally only one StairMaster in the entire gym for a building full of girls. The parking garage always has a problem. You can’t even have packages delivered here. You have to strictly use a third-party service (fetch) which is inconvenient and I'm sure will just result in higher rent next year. Safety is questionable too. There are homeless people hanging around the benches right outside the entrance greeting you for your 8am classes. The worst example of their incompetence was when the hot tub flooded over winter break. They told NO ONE that their rooms were affected until the last minute (3 days before school started again) even though random vendors and HVAC units were installed quite literally everywhere at least 1/3 of the building was impacted by this. The lack of communication was appalling as we were promised to receive a special call with management. Yet, we received no help. On top of all this per the lease you can't sublease (not sure how that is even legal) (page 2 of the lease document) 100% would not recommend living here!

Had a few issues that were bothering me in my apartment, and Jorge came to fix it! Jorge is very hardworking and such a sweet guy!!! He makes sure to get it done, so you can be satisfied within your home!!!

Amazing staff, Sanya and Jai were super welcoming and helpful. The building is also clean, well managed, and close to campus. Overall great living experience and would definitely recommend.

The entire leasing team was amazing and very helpful in explaining the leasing process to me. I spoke with multiple leasing members in the office that were able to answer all of my questions and helped me navigate through everything. The manager Josh was also very accommodating and helped work through some specific issues and requests I had. Definitely recommend signing here.
