Villas on 24th

I am a resident of this building and have had multiple interactions with security that left me concerned about consistency and fairness. As a South Asian resident, I have frequently been asked to show my fob and questioned about whether I live here, especially when bringing guests into the building. At the same time, I have observed other individuals entering with guests without being asked for identification or proof of residency. I understand and appreciate the importance of security, and I have no issue with security procedures being enforced. My concern is simply that those procedures should be applied consistently to all residents and visitors. A fair and uniform process would help ensure that everyone feels respected while maintaining the safety of the community

We went by saturday , the afternoon about 1pm and the lobby was very neat and clean. The young lady at the front desk was very patient, kind and showed us around the apartment amenities. We appreciated her help becase we showed up unannounced. The apartment complex was very nice!

I took a tour of Villas on 24th and had a great experience! Karyme, my tour guide, was very informative and answered all of my questions before I even had to ask. 10/10!

I’ve had a really positive experience living at Villas on 24th. The building has amazing amenities, the people are friendly, and the staff clearly care about taking care of their residents. Everything is well-maintained and it’s a super welcoming environment overall. For me specifically, Sanya Lalani was always very helpful and sweet whenever I needed anything or had questions. She always brought great energy and a welcoming attitude to all residents and guests.
