The place went downhill fast in recent years. I left because of the crazy neighbors raising Hell at all hours. Loud music and fights. The model apartment they show you is NOTHING like the actual apartments. The location is about the only positive thing I can say.

Came in for a tour and omg Monica greeted me straight when I walked in the door she’s ver polite and has professional and Jocelyn helped me tour the apartment she was a great help and answered all my questions and Demetria also was a very big help in answering my questions I had about the property and overall was one of the best apartment tours I had definitely will move here for sure.

Demetria was absolutely amazing! From start to finish, she made the entire process of getting my apartment smooth, stress-free, and even enjoyable. She went above and beyond to answer all my questions, kept me updated every step of the way, and truly cared about finding the right place for me. Her professionalism, patience, and attention to detail really stood out — you can tell she takes pride in what she does and genuinely wants to help people. Thanks to her, I’m now settled into a place that feels perfect for me. If you’re looking for someone who’s dedicated, knowledgeable, and just an all-around great person to work with, I highly recommend Demetria!

I toured this property the other day and i must say from the year built of this complex it is in good condition. I been to newer properties and see the grounds filthy and breezeways/stairwells nasty but there at wildwood this apartment complex is old but kept in good living condition. yeah some minor issues ( but issues you will find Everywhere) but they try hard to keep their property looking good and residents happy. The office staff are very friendly and helpful. Rent rate is affordable and the units are in good condition i would lease here but i'm needing a 3/2. If you need a good 1/1 or 2/2 in north austin thats close to pretty much everything i do reccommend this place. ask for Jocyln she the leasing girl in front.

I've gone through these comments and fully endorsed everything with a 1 or 2 star review. Like Ryan Ford, I would ALSO love to leave 0 stars. Here's my own personal list, with the WORST (situation involving cops) for last: 1. An Inspection without notice 2. Two doorstep cameras ripped out of the walls 3. My wife's tires being slashed 4. Building was infested with German roaches (no matter how clean we got or how many times pest control came) 5. The apartment above us was remodeled, which meant CONSTANT noise, even in the middle of the night 6. When the remodeling was finished, someone moved in, who also made noise CONSTANTLY, especially their dog which was not kennel trained, because it would bark & scrape the kennel on the floor all night 7. If we couldn't hear them, we were listening to the highway. Twenty. Four. Seven. The insulation is horrible. 8. The gates were broken the entire time we were there 9. Both pools (their only amenity) were always either gross or under maintenance 10. We couldn't have anything mailed there because we found mail in piles everywhere one day with a bunch of the doors unlocked, so someone was able to steal mail 11. MULTIPLE homeless people. I distinctly remember at least 4 that I saw REGULARLY. So much for the "security" 12. The visitor parking was super limited and nowhere near our apartment. 13. There are stray cats everywhere 14. There's trash everywhere. Piles of cigarette butts, a disgusting torn up bean bag (where I found a homeless guy sitting multiple times) that had been there since move-in, a shopping basket, beer cans, plastic, it is just a dump. The dumpsters are always surrounded by furniture, and on multiple occasions it overflowed into parking spots. 15. We could not open our windows (they were sealed shut) 16. Our apartment has the WORST paint job I've ever seen. There are SEVERAL layers. In multiple spots it was bubbled up, uneven, chipped, or peeling off bc some moron put oil based paint on water based paint, or the other way around. 17. Our door frame was bent, so much that there was a hole under our door for bugs to get in through. Instead of fixing the door, maintenance slapped a strip of metal on there and called it a day, which lasted about a month before it came off. 18. There was absolutely a rodent infestation; during the last days at that apartment I heard scratching in the ceiling and found a LAYER of droppings on our water heater, and a hole at the bottom of the wall in our outside closet. 19. I noticed water dripping from the corner in our kitchen ceiling. I reported it, and came home the next day to find a note that said it was "fixed." NOTHING had been done. By the time I moved out, I leaned my hand against the wall while looking at the top of the cabinets and MY HAND SUNK IN from how rotten the wood had gotten. Thankfully the dozens of paint layers kept my hand from piercing through, but that entire wall needs to be replaced. 20. Also the cabinets and counter tops were all messed up. We had a drawer that wouldn't close correctly in the bathroom, a kitchen counter that was wavy and bubbled, the underside of that counter was coming off in chunks and pieces for some reason, the wooden panel beneath one of the kitchen cabinets fell away completely because of how rotten it was, all sorts of issues. 21. This culminated in a situation where we had to CALL THE POLICE. someone had left a backpack full of syringes on our patio, so I took it to the office. They did not tell me to call the cops, or have me stay there while they called the cops. Instead she casually said "Oh if you find something like this you can just throw it away," as she dropped it in a trashcan. Well fast forward a week when my wife and I are cleaning the apartment, and the guy comes back. He's looking in our windows, banging and screaming on our door. We hid in the bathroom while we called the cops (case number 241921190 on 7/10/24). The cops themselves told us that Wildwood is an area they frequented. I am ELATED to be living elsewhere. For the love of God, please don't live here.
