DONT move here. Office never answers phone. Walls are THIN. Gates always broken. The ELEVATOR is always broken. You can hear everyone from the mall. Roach infestation because of the restaurants downstairs. They paint over the mold, especially the mold in the bathrooms. Management is super unhelpful . I will say maintenance works quick and they are above and beyond.

I just recently moved in and I’ve had a fantastic experience at Villages of the Domain. Which is largely thanks to the incredible leasing and management team. Jasmine, Herme, Kristiana, and Amanda are easily the best part about living here. They have been organized, proactive, and truly helpful. Every time I’ve interacted with them, they’ve been professional and attentive, making it clear that they actually care about the resident experience here. They handle inquiries with care and always keep us well-informed. Beyond the office, the responsiveness of both management and maintenance is impressive. Any time a request is put in, it’s handled quickly and efficiently. It’s rare to find a management team that stays this on top of things in such a large community. If you’re looking for a place where the staff actually supports you, I highly recommend this team!" Location is pretty great too.

I’ve stayed here long enough to watch the quality of this complex decline year after year, even as prices stay the same or go up. The management and leasing staff are easily the worst part of living here—disorganized, dismissive, and consistently unhelpful. They send out notices with little to no warning, handle issues carelessly, and make it clear they don’t care about residents’ experiences. The parking situation is a complete joke. The security gate breaks within days of being fixed, and it always takes weeks to repair again. Their towing policy makes zero sense—if you park overnight on the top floor, they’ll tow you, but if you park on a lower level, you’ll just get a warning sticker. There’s no consistency, no logic, and no accountability. For what you pay to live here, you’d expect at least basic competence and maintenance reliability. Unfortunately, you won’t find that at Villages of the Domain. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

This is perhaps the best complex I’ve ever lived in! I’m going on my 3rd year here, and the staff has always been the best. Victoria, Kristiana, Herme & Amanda are top tier professional's that are always on your side; whatever you need, hospitality & humbleness is their specialty. The complex is also always mostly clean & organized. Besides some maintenance issues, there’s minimal problems. Very much recommend this place! Also, everything is so convenient!

I would not recommend moving here, and I’m highly suspicious of the 5-star ratings this community received. I have lived here for almost 2 years now, and the office staff (while very friendly) do not provide any reasonable fixes to the issues this community has. First and foremost, security at this property is atrocious. The parking garage gates are always broken due to non-residents driving through them to park in the rooftop resident parking. Let me clarify- to conduct sketchy business on the rooftop. There have been multiple cars I’ve witnessed with broken windows, and our own car has dents consistent with a break-in attempt. The gates to the apartment building do not work and subsequently make it easy for non-residents to enter the buildings. I’ve reached out and shared my concerns multiple times with the office staff, however, they do not care. They said at the beginning of the year that they would be installing more cameras - not done. They have promised a new gate system for the last 2 years - not done. By the way, they’ve also validated my concerns in emails at different times alerting residents to break ins. There are abandoned cars in the parking lot which they sometimes clear out after months at a time, and this morning at 4am, a gentleman who appeared to be homeless was knocking on our door. It’s not a safe place to live. I reported what appeared to be mold on the hallways walls only for it to be painted over. You can see the mold coming back. The picture I took was months after the ice storm where they cut out sections of he roof presumably for mold. Never bothered doing that to the walls, just painted over the dark spots. The community is also very dirty and not kept up to the standards that should be expected living in the domain. Elevators are always broken, so if you have a disability, I would not recommend living here. Recently the elevator was broken and not in use for a month in our building. I’ve attached pictures of the broken gates, dirty halls, and other so you can see what I’m talking about. I’m not writing an angry review to vent, I’m just trying to share what you’d be getting into if you signed a lease here.
