From the very beginning, our experience has been excellent. Matthew made our apartment tour informative and welcoming, patiently answering all our questions and helping us feel confident in our decision. Rebecca was fantastic during the leasing and onboarding process. She made everything smooth, clearly explained the paperwork, and ensured we felt comfortable every step of the way. Most importantly, when we had a maintenance concern, Jose ( not sure if I spelled his name correctly) and his maintenance team responded quickly and handled it with genuine care and professionalism. They understood that we have a young child at home and a pregnant women, and they treated the situation with urgency and sensitivity. It truly meant a lot to see that they prioritize the well-being and safety of families. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the building itself is quite old. There are visible hairline cracks in parts of the structure, and the paint quality could be improved as it tends to peel off easily in some areas. While these are cosmetic and structural aging concerns rather than management issues, they are noticeable. Overall, It’s reassuring to live in a community where the staff genuinely care about residents and take pride in their work. Thank you to Matthew, Rebecca, Jose, and the entire team for making our experience such a positive one! Highly recommend this community!

I toured this complex and while I decided to go with a different complex just because it was closer to work, the tour I was provided as amazing. Matthew was an incredible agent he went above and beyond to provide us with all the information we could possibly need, and more info not just abt the complex but about apartment hunting in general. While I can’t speak for how it is living at the complex, based on that tour the office staff is extremely knowledgeable and seems to go above and beyond for their residents.

I lived at this apartment for ~6 months and really loved it. What you get for the price is insanely good. Pros: -Safe and quiet community. Never heard of break-ins or issues - Is less than a 10 min drive from the domain and super close to mopac -Gorgeous apartments and nature -Friendly office staff -Responsive and effective maintenance -Washer and Dryer in all units -Super clean and beautiful pool and gym Cons: -Office can be disorganized and lack communication at times. Keep a paper trail and receipts in case of mistakes. -I started seeing roaches around month 2 or 3 in my unit, so buy roach killer ahead of time. -The gate can only be opened through an app residents download, so delivery drivers cannot get in and leave deliveries by the office which end up getting stolen. Overall, would still highly recommend this apartment complex, its the best bang for your buck in terms of amenities and location.

The office did not want to replace the bathtub even though this was the 2nd time it cracked and it hadn’t been a year since the 1st repair. The contractor they got to do the work took 4 days to put in the tub in. The overall repair including time to get the bids in and finish the actual work was over 10 days. Then the work lasted 1 day before a part the contractor changed in the shower knob broke and again cause my whole restroom and dining room area to soak with dirty water. The complex manager was extremely rude and yelled at me for coming in to complain about the timeframe and now them wanting to have 4 industrial fans running 24/7 for 5 days instead of cutting drywall out and replacing as that would’ve make the repair a lot faster but they don’t want fast only what’s cheap cause they showed no empathy to the inconvenience they caused and said I was rude for calling out the cheap contractor work. They did not provide a inhabitable apt and did not care for “right to quiet enjoyment” of my apartment. Mind you I have lived here since 2017!

Maintenance Mike is the man, he came and sprayed my balcony quickly. he is always fast and attentive and also a fun person to interact with. Mike is a real gem for the Villas. this property is beautiful. it’s old enough to have full big trees all over the grounds but not so old that the apartments themselves are out of date. the complex is going through a transition updating units for new renters. (i do not get to enjoy this, as a resident of 7 years, too bad.) the pool is really really nice. it goes to 4’6” deep which is great for people like me who use the pool for exercise and physical therapy. the packages system is a locker system and the process actually goes fairly smoothly. the community is very family oriented, and you can see families swimming together, walking at dusk, catching ball, it’s very nice. overall i love it here, but i wish they would repaint my unit too, hint hint 😆
