Great place! It’s quiet and I love taking my dogs for a walk around the place. Liz, the manager is amazing and so easy to talk to. I would absolutely recommend this place!

I can not wait to move in here! Liz is phenomenal - her communication has been amazing. This is such a cute property, highly recommend checking this place out!

Liz, the property manager at Duval Villa, has been incredible to work with. I had more than my share of complications during my move; questions, emails, parking sticker issues, and several visits, and I honestly started to feel like her problem child. Through all of it, she stayed patient, professional, and genuinely kind. She was always quick to respond, clear with information, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything was handled. The property itself is beautiful, quiet, full of great amenities, and very dog-friendly, but Liz is a big part of what made this move such a positive experience. I’m truly grateful for her support and so happy to have found this place.

I’ve had a great experience living at Duval Villa Apartments! The community is well-kept, quiet, and feels really welcoming. Albaro, the maintenance lead, is always quick to respond and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of properly. Liz, the property manager, is friendly, professional, and genuinely cares about the residents, she makes sure everything runs smoothly. Overall, it’s been a great place to live and I definitely recommend Duval Villa to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed home.

Lived here for 3 years. Completely agree with others that this is a predatory form of management in the rental market. The management is never in the office when they need to be, and guaranteed if they are and you’re not there to tell them just what a great job they’re doing - the office manager will be completely and unnecessarily rude. She has even incorrectly asserted ‘facts’ about certain housing laws that were very much not true and seemed like she made it up in the spot. This happened when we brought up they actually did negotiate lower rent increases with our neighbors, after she tried to claim they can’t negotiate lower rent increases (that were extremely high - $250+ more a month for one year’s increase). If the pool wasn’t such a great score, along with the location, and I was not in school, we would have run for the hills. I hope they get a new manager and honestly sell the complex to less of a venture capital firm vibe (though it could already be owned by a venture capital firm…) Oh yeah, and tons of cockroaches. We didn’t care much about them because it seems it could be the case for many other complexes, but fair warning.
