I love the attention they gave me. Leo was great in showing me around Ms Chaynne was so nice and took care of me. Thank you Mr. Yimmy for all the attention. I will definitely recommend this apartment to all my family and friends 🧡 love the office well taken care of.

Detestable place. I work at night and I don't know why they make so much noise every day cutting grass and they don't let you sleep, not to mention that the maintenance office will never do anything for you. I suffocate in the apartment when cooking. There are no extractors or hoods. Aside from that, it's infested with cockroaches, without a doubt one of the worst places to live in Austin.

I've been here 9 years. For the last year and a half they have been trying to charge me over a hundred dollars extra after I pay my rent. They still haven't fix my shower or my cabinets in my kitchen. I will not refer anyone to move in here.

I've lived here over a year now. The apartment is spacious and maintenance is attentive and quick. The Apartment manager is amazing and even helped me figure out navigating a scary situation with an ex and she took precautions to make sure he couldn't have a key once I changed the locks. Everyone is friendly. There's security that enforces the noise ordinances. The property is clean and I can't hear ny neighbors. My biggest complaint is that there's not enough parking and sometimes I have to park a little ways away from my apartment. The office keeps fixing the gate but someone keeps breaking it. They're always trying to improve the place and have fun parties going on. It's a heavily Hispanic complex, and at first I wasn't completely comfortable, but everyone is nice and respectful

Lived here for 3 years Property has greatly improved with new owners. Manager is very responsive. Tenants can definitely see continuous improvements. Emergency services are more visible in the community and security of the gated area s much improved. I look forward to the continued improvements being made as this property continues to raise in value in the Austin landscape.
