Leticia Cantu was super helpful in helping getting my dad an apartment. She's very patient and knowledgeable. She showed us around and was super thorough. If you're looking for an apartment for senior living, come here and ask for Leticia, she'll take care of you!

I relocated to Austin texas, and I found the perfect place to live at the villages at Ben White 55 plus apartments. I really appreciate and I am thankful to The Apartments manger Mrs. Leticia Cantu, she went above and beyond to accommodate me and moving in. the apartment was in tip top shape very clean everything is working properly I have no problems or complaints I feel very safe for being a senior citizen living here at The Villages 55 55 plus apartments in Austin Texas thank you once again Mrs. Leticia Cantu (apartment manager) for making me feel at home.

We have lived at The Villages at Ben White apartments for 7yrs now. I will say Leticia Cantu the Mgr, Is absolutely Great! She is full of compassion, understanding and I'd ALWAYS wiling to help in any way . She puts the residents first and trys to help in whatever way she can. Delia is also great ,both always wiling to serve with a smile on their face . I'd recommend living here to anyone looking for 55+ , also it's affordable Tham most complexes

It has been since June 3rd this year that I had requested that my dishwasher be fixed... almost 3 months later, I still do not have a dishwasher. A part was ordered and installed, but still didn't fix it. A new dishwasher has been promised, but now have been waiting for installation. I came home early from work on 8/21/25 when told 3pm, but nobody showed up or called. I left a message, and didn't get a return call, so I visited the office. Now it's Monday 8/25/25 and have been promised installation today... 2pm and still no dishwasher. On top of waiting for almost 3 months for a dishwasher, they have lost my key they made in February, and requested me to let them copy my key again. Hopefully they don't lose this one. Why promise a day and/or time when you cannot do the job when you said??? I understand other emergencies come up, but at least have enough respect to communicate with me if you cannot show up when promised. The Gatewise app that we are forced to use to get into the building after hours does not always work, which is frustrating especially when it is dark outside. The old keyfobs were much easier for elderly people to use. Management forgot to use the KISS(keep it simple stupid)method.

My fiance has been a resident here for 6 years and over the past couple of years he has become ill. So I have had communication with the office with Letty and with Delia. They have been super helpful as far as looking out for him until I can get to him. Very kind and courteous every time I go into the office to speak with them about his situation they have always treated me with respect. Just recently he has passed away and they helped me get an apartment here. Very helpful I couldn't ask for more generous people at this time of need. Letty and Dahlia have been so wonderful. So caring and concerned about my well-being. There are not enough words in the world that I could say about those two young ladies in that office. I'm just so grateful to have some wonderful people in the management positions they hold. Thanks again ladies for being so kind. 01/26/2024 Just wanted to say I went into the office to address a concern that I had to find out that Letty Cantu was no longer with the company. This is very sad to me due to the fact that Letty and Dahlia have always been so kind and caring the residents here. My fiance had lived here for 6 years and never had he had a manager that was able to keep up with everything making the property back looking great. Walking the ground at least twice a day to make sure that everything was okay. As I see her while I check my mail. Always very courteous and kind. I don't understand what happened with her but this is the type of management we need. Please if there's any way we can get her back into the office that would be great. This property has changed so much since she has been here over the last 2 or 3 years. Always having community things going on that they never had before. It's something that we all look forward to attending holiday parties holiday get-togethers bingos all that was never happening until she came so I asked if there's any possible way that you could get her back into the office.
