Since new management started you can see a difference at the property. Manager La Toya is very professional and goes above and beyond to make sure things get done. Alexis and Seth work They don't sit around waiting for something to happen they make it happen.

I can honestly say this has been one of the best apartment living experiences I’ve had. From the maintenance team to the leasing staff and management, everyone operates with professionalism, urgency, and genuine care. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently, and the team is always respectful and thorough. The leasing staff is welcoming, knowledgeable, and never makes you feel like just another number. Management is visible, responsive, and clearly committed to keeping the community running smoothly. It’s rare to find a property where every level of the team works together this well. You can tell there’s pride in what they do, and it makes a difference in the overall atmosphere of the community. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a place that feels well-managed and truly cared for.

Tuesday me and my husband went to sign our lease at vi collina, Brooke was our leasing agent and she did a great job making sure we knew everything and helped us a lot, on the other hand the manager was very unprofessional, he was rude and didn’t speak to us and gave Brooke a hard time in front of us. The property is decent, Brooke was awesome but the property manager could use some training on customer service and management skills.

Honestly, if it wasn’t for Brooke and how absolutely amazing she is I would have not moved in. When I was signing my lease I had to call and get my account number from the electric company and Frankie the manager was screaming and berating Brooke from his office while I was sitting there. It was very unprofessional and rude and my children had to hear how he treated her. Like I said, Brooke was amazing and very easy to work with and she needs to be the one running this property as she is very welcoming and knows what’s going on in her units.

I have had the pleasure of living here for 4 years @ Vi Collina apartments when they first opened its doors to all new residents in a brand new luxury apartment That came with all appliances except a washer and dryer. I have a very spacious 3 bedroom apartment. The convince of living here is that my daughter’s school is literally 5 minutes away if driving and 3 bus stops directly across the street and at the corner of the apartment building. A luxury dinning restaurant 888 across the street, HEB north and south in less than 10 mins away, nail shop, Domino’s pizza, Barbershop, laundromat, P Terry’s, whataburger and a host of businesses all in walking distance. Since living here there has been many additional upgrades and must of all I feel safe living here. The staff is extremely helpful, friendly and Frankie is a wonderful Leasing manager who listens to any of your concerns and takes care of you. I highly recommend it. Also close to downtown.
