Been a resident for almost 3 months and my interactions with Bob, and current assistant manager, Mariela and property manager, Cherith has been great! Each person in their own way has been accommodating, welcoming and understanding. Maintenance and cleaning staff also does a great job at keeping the property well kept. My only complaint would have to be the laundry room, it’s constantly something wrong with the machines (both washers and dryers). I’ve decided to start doing my laundry at an off site laundromat, which is slightly an inconvenience.

I’ve been living here almost a year now, and it’s been incredibly peaceful and just a great experience overall since day one. The staff and maintenance crew are very responsive, helpful and friendly; the building is constantly cleaned and maintained inside and outside; they have monthly activities for the residents; and they’ve always made me feel like they’re on my side, which I think is priceless. There is only one complaint and honestly just one: the laundry room. If you want to do laundry once a week (like the average person) you’re dropping $20 or more every month ($2.5 washer + $2.25 dryer per load) which is a lot! The dryers are not optimal; you need to do laundry on smaller batches or they will require more than one cycle, so even more $. Often times, machines break down and you don’t know until after you’ve paid, and the worst part is the people that leave their clothes inside the washers and dryers for hours! This means the machines in the small room are almost always fully occuppied by forgotten laundry that you won’t know when will be picked up. If I manage to find free and working machines in a given week, I’m lucky. It saddens me I can’t give a full 5-star review because of this one thing, but laundry is a major part of people’s daily lives and this issue is significant. I hope they find a workaround. All in all, I’m truly happy I found this place and, to me, the good overcomes the bad.

What a great experience I had touring with Mariela this past week! She was very friendly and knowledgeable about the community and the manager Catt stepped out the office to introduce herself on my way out solidifying my thoughts on making Veer my next home. Thank you so much Catt you and your team are amazing
