lived in this apartment for two years and we had a severe cockroach problem, which caused us a lot of stress and eventually forced us to move out. Despite this, they deducted $700 from our deposit. One of the reasons mentioned was cockroaches, and another was the cleanliness of the stove, even though I have photos showing I left everything very clean—cleaner than when we moved in. Since moving to a new place, I have had no issues at all. Overall, the deposit is simply not refundable. Also, Manger's behavior, especially after we moved into the apartment, became very strict and made it uncomfortable to ask questions or have normal conversations.

Avoid this place. It really looks like a scam. It is full of cockroaches. Very dirty. Full of bad neighbors. A lot of noise. They took more than $700 of our deposit and never returned it. Very bad management.

We used to live here and unfortunately the experience wasn’t great. The hallways were often very dirty and not well maintained. They also took a large amount from the security deposit, which was disappointing. There were a lot of cockroaches, and overall the maintenance and management were very weak. I wouldn’t recommend this place based on our experience.

In short, if you have pets, don't live in these apartments. The management is not friendly to people or animals; they don't even respect the fact that you have a service animal. Even if you have the necessary documentation, they couldn't care less. Furthermore, in the parking lot, they'll hit and scratch your car and NEVER take responsibility. They have absolutely no respect or regard for safety. DO NOT RENT HERE.

Avoid this place. I pay electricity, and internet separately to other providers. On top of that, they added 12 extra ridiculous monthly fees to my bill. I won't be surprised if their employees's salary are allocated to the tenants' account. For example, a "valet trash" fee is charged every month, but no one has ever picked up the garbage from my door, not even once.
