Management is nearly impossible to reach. Calls go unanswered and emails about serious concerns receive no response. Ongoing issues related to noise, security, and cleanliness have been ignored. Residents should not have to repeatedly chase management just to feel safe and heard. This level of unresponsiveness is unacceptable.

My client and I had the pleasure of touring with Leslie this week and she was fantastic! She was thorough and one step ahead the entire time. We rarely had questions because she highlighted everything about the property and the surrounding neighborhood so clearly, leaving us confident about what to expect living here.

Brianna and Leslie in the leasing office have been amazing from day one. They made my move-in smooth and stress-free, and they’ve continued to take great care of me throughout my time living here. They’re always on top of things, super responsive, and they don’t just acknowledge issues — they actually bring real solutions. It’s clear they genuinely care about residents and take pride in what they do. I really appreciate everything they’ve done to make my living situation a great experience.

The apartment complex is new and visually appealing; however, the overall living experience is disappointing. There is constant noise due to nearby construction, making it difficult to rest, especially during the day. Additionally, the buildings have multiple issues with their electronic systems, causing frequent inconveniences. The internet service is unreliable and does not work properly, which is a serious issue for residents who work or study from home. On top of that, the fire alarms go off frequently, often in the middle of the night, seriously disrupting sleep. Another major concern is the lack of enforcement of community rules. Many residents smoke inside the apartments and in common recreational areas. During the summer, some residents host pool parties late into the night with loud music that is not appropriate for children. Management is practically nonexistent. The manager is rarely available and, when present, shows a poor attitude and lack of professionalism. On a positive note, the maintenance team — Robert, Juan 1 and 2 and the housekeeping staff deserve a 10/10. They do an excellent job and are always helpful and responsive. In conclusion, although the complex is modern and attractive, I would not recommend living here if you are looking for peace, quiet, and proper management.

We lived here about 1.5 years and hardly ever had any issues! The property manager is the sweetest and really helped when needed. Maintenance requests were completely quickly. In regards to the actual apartment and the staff it’s been a fully 5-star experience for us! We would come back if we moved back to austin!
