This property generally offers a modern, comfortable living experience with great amenities like a gym, pool, and study rooms, and its convenient location is a definite plus for students. However, some residents have experienced issues with inconsistent communication regarding leasing and fees, and occasional maintenance problems like broken elevators or water outages. While the maintenance team is often praised for their helpfulness, some students have reported frustrations with the general responsiveness and support from the front office staff.

Overpriced and Terrible Management Don't let the nice pictures fool you. The staff is only friendly until you sign the lease, after which they become rude and unsupportive. The amenities—like the rooftop grill—rarely work, and with only 1 or 2 out of 8 elevators working at a time, the wait times are ridiculous. Packages are constantly lost, and management does absolutely nothing to fix these problems. For the premium price you pay, this place is completely worthless.

Relet process was agonizing. I had to call almost every other day because the staff would give me different answers on the status of my relet. I suggest that Union on 24 add a concise status tracker on the leasing profile. I was also constantly walking on eggshells because I was concerned that the reletter would accidentally sign a lease and be stuck with a unit instead of a relet. In fact, the staff sent the reletter a lease document instead of a relet document. Also if you are currently living in your unit, they will charge $700 as a relet fee. I do not recommend Union on 24th due to lack of transparency and inflexibility for terminating your lease. Rent prices are also misleading.

The building had a few growing pains such as a prolonged water outage and I was hit by an emergency tarp faultily released while exiting the elevator. The management violates the Texas law to “charge you a reasonable "reletting fee" for having to prepare the dwelling for reletting and having to redo paperwork.”… charging at minimum 5x the relenting fees of other west campus apartments(1500k+ , in addition of paying that months rent and having another person cover all other months). Staff released multiple lease addendums during the year.

Not sure why, but the staff likes to answer the phone & then hang up when you call. Very annoying & unprofessional.
