Something definitely is wrong with the towing situation at the apartment. I see the towing company tow vehicles almost every week - not towing illegally parked cars but paid residents who got new cars/license plates etc and didn't update their license plate numbers in the app. I got my car towed the very next day after I installed the new license plates after my TX registration. I agree that I should have remembered to re-register my car immediately after installing them, but the apartment definitely seems to be banking on the fact that many residents would just forget. Especially since it's a gated parking area where you cannot really enter without a fob. Plenty of other residents have faced this same issue too as visible in the other 1 star reviews over here, but the apartment guys seem to have not done anything to avoid this situation. The staff at my previous apartment would just post in the apartment app when they found unidentified cars, and the issue would just get resolved within a day. But despite charging a 1.5x rent than comparable apartments in the area for a 'luxurious' experience, the apartment company seems to just want to take more money from you instead of caring for the residents.

Lived at Troubadour for 2 years before relocating out of state. Management is genuinely responsive - Esly in particular handled every request quickly and at a high standard. Community amenities are kept clean, the parking lot is spacious so you're not fighting for a spot, and the apartments themselves are modern and well-designed. Great place to live in Austin.

Troubadour is definitely a great community, I have no doubt about that. The units feature very luxurious finishes, and the amenities feel like those of a hotel. I also want to thank Randy for all his help. Thanks for your patience with me I’m not an easy prospect, but you completely changed my mind, you’re a real professional. I’m not moving in until December, but this is definitely where I’ll be living.

One of the best places to be! Absolutely love living here. Randy was more than helpful.. he went above and beyond to help me with everything I needed. I can highly recommend!
