I’ve lived here over the past year and it’s been great. Management gets back to you quickly with questions & maintenance issues are addressed within the same or next couple of days. I feel safe in the neighborhood. Super reasonable prices for the space and storage in the units.

I found this place and couldn't believe it; great location, great aesthetic, kinda secluded, but close to almost everything, all at a very fair price. Karla is amazing - professional, approachable, dependable, straight-forward. Definitely gonna renew my lease. I'm team Oak Bend with Karla for sure!!

I lived at these apartments for almost four years and have nothing but good things to say about my time here. The apartments are charming and unique, and their location offers a lot. They are located between 35 and South Congress, so it takes minutes to get to most places. Aside from that, the apartments are located in an awesome neighborhood with a big park, basketball court, jungle gym, and plenty of safe areas to walk your dogs...all within a mile or so! My favorite part of these apartments though, was the view and nature. These apartments run along a natural creek, and almost all of the buildings get a unique view. I have to say mine was probably one of the best. I lived on the third floor and all I saw out my back patio were trees. I almost always had my camera with me when I went on my patio because their were so many different kinds of animals and birds to see up close. This place is kind of a hidden gem! I feel super lucky to have found these apartments, I always felt safe and the management team was incredibly accommodating. The next tenants of my former unit will not be sorry!

So far I have absolutely no complaints. Kelsey and Misia in the office are great. Marcos the maintenance guy is the best I’ve ever had, not to mention he’s so friendly! The property is right next to a creek and I can hear the water running when I sit on my back porch. My dog isn’t a fan of the all tile floors but we have rugs for him everywhere now. Highly recommend. Would definitely lease again if we end up staying in Austin. P.S. if you have allergies, be careful because there’s a whole lotta cedar everywhere!!
