Good place to live. Inside are nice the appliance are new and super nice. Workers are professional and anytime I need maintenance they are swift and communication is good. Also we have security which feels nice since there not much lights outside.

Poorly managed. Falling apart, covered in dirt, pipe/leakage issues, horrible security, theft, car break ins and hit or miss maintenance. The new management company has been a nightmare. The community used to be wonderful but people are fleeing the property enmass with the drop in quality of life.

I used to love living here. The units are old and not the highest quality, but the old Austin vibes, people, and personality within each unit made me stay. Lately corporate is cracking down, but not on any of the things that matter. So entire walls are being rebuilt (with families not being offered a new unit while they are forced to live in a construction zone) due to entire buildings being completely water logged with wet walls, no door in this entire complex closes correctly due to structural shifting, water is constantly being turned off due to pipe issues, your cars are being stolen from the parking lot, and instead of fixing any of this, corporate is more worried about policing people decorating their porches. Your priorities are screwed and honestly you can get an apartment for the same price WITHOUT THE MOLD next door. If you want to keep your residents, start fixing problems and don't create new ones.

It's my own fault for staying here because moving and downsizing was easier. My new unit has a hole in the front door frame causing temperature fluctuations and all manners of insects to invade my space. Water temperature is unstable and hot in the sink no matter what and the shower I has terrible pressure and poor temperature regulation. I love how they just spray paint over door hinges, truly an experience to stiff hinges. Windows aren't sealed so I have a new any colony friend that is invading my kitchen. 🤩 At the least they are decent when you need something fixed, but it never should have been in this state.

I have lived at Hunter's Glen for six months now and it is the best apartment complex I have lived at in Austin! The leasing managers, Hayley and Briegh are exceptional, very kind, and knowledgeable! Maintenance is always prompt and kind, Felix can fix everything! Beyond all of this, I haven't had any problems with my apartment- I feel right at home. Love it.
