I’m so grateful for maintenance! My ac stopped cooling at around 7pm (witch is after hrs) and santos came in less than an hr to fix it. It just shows how much they care about the residents here.

I have much appreciation for Foundation Communities however, I don’t like the “build in the cheap”. No microwaves, some may or may not have laundry hookups. Just really cheap. Id like a bit more even if I’m low income. I don’t need to show that I am by where I live.

So far I've had a really good experience with this one. Every one has been really nice and helpful to me. I have a really good feeling about this apartment complex. 🙏🙏🙏😊😊😊😊

If you're seeking affordable or low-income housing, this isn't the place. I was quoted $1,500 for a one-bedroom and told no affordable units were available—despite what their website implied.
