Just moved into my second unit at Trailhead and can’t say enough great things about the community and complex. If you’re looking for a great spot with respectful neighbors and good vibes with smart people who care about maintaining the quality of the community they live in then you’ve found it here at trailhead. Eric, Ozzy, Chris, and Sherwin have made my move and time here stress free, enjoyable, and have been accommodating and ready to help at every opportunity. Can’t say enough good things and am so glad to have found this spot here in east austin!

I just moved in to these apartments. So far the staff (especially Lauren) have been awesome and made it the easiest move-in I’ve ever had. They’re incredibly helpful and looking out for you. The place is clean and you can’t beat the pool. I’m very glad i chose this apartment over a few others nearby.

I’ll start off by saying Lauren and Jaila are incredible. They are the most personable and caring leasing professionals I’ve seen. The management team as well as maintenance are also top tier and never fail to help with whatever I need at a moments notice. No place can be perfect, but it’s pretty close here. You won’t be disappointed.

The apartments themselves are modern and well-kept, and the leasing office staff are always friendly. Maintenance is responsive, which I appreciate. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. The main issue here is safety. Even though this is supposed to be a gated apartment with security cameras and nightly patrols, those systems don’t seem to do much. The gate is often left open, the cameras aren’t actively monitored, and the security guard usually just sits or sleeps in their car instead of patrolling. My car was broken into inside the gated parking lot, and several belongings were stolen. When I reached out to the leasing office for help reviewing footage, there was little follow-up, accountability, or sympathy. For how much rent costs here, you’d expect better security and management support. Overall, the apartments look nice on the outside, but the lack of real safety measures makes it hard to feel comfortable living here.

Trailhead apartments has always kept me happy! The complex is well-kept, quiet, and in a super convenient location. But what really makes it stand out is one of their staff members —Glen goes above and beyond. He’s always friendly, professional, and genuinely cares about us. Anytime I’ve had a question or needed help, he’s been quick to respond and incredibly helpful. It makes a huge difference having someone like him around. #LiveTrailhead!
