Office does little to accommodate residents. Not worth the stress of living here better to just get a nicer place.

Was considering leasing at Tradition, the staff was very friendly. I got a tour from Freddy and he was very polite and very knowledgeable about the place. Overall great place, very accommodating staff.

Quetzalcóatl Alfredo Palapa Jr. did such an extraordinary job helping me and my son find a place for him to live. The office staff as well did such a great job accompanying and helping me out.

Everything is ALWAYS broken. This semester, I couldn't tell you a single week that the elevators were up and running. It also seems like there's no rush to fix them. I don't blame this on the workers/people in the building, but it's very obvious that the owner of the building just does not care. Would NEVER sign here again.
